Returns and Refunds

Hardcountry Riders products and seat recovering services are made to order based on your selected design, colours, bike details and existing seat. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once work has commenced.

Please check all details on your quote carefully before accepting and paying. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes where production has not yet commenced.

If there is a problem with the workmanship or materials supplied by Hardcountry Riders, please contact us so we can assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
